The Al Turner Company is organized in a unique “elliptical management” structure. All projects are initiated by the Chief Executive Officer working within the confines of the current short and long term planning agendas. These initiated projects are then developed by the principal groups: The Creative Business Group, The Creative Design Group and Informacore. Once a project has been fully developed in concept, the appropriate production division(s) are brought in to see it to realization. As the project is developed, it flows from a center (the CEO) out allowing all attached with the project to stay connected.
The principal management structure of the Creative Groups are:
Chief of Operations: charged with the leadership of the Creative Business Group and is co-leader of The Al Turner Company's’ production divisions.
The Chief of Design: charged with the leadership of the Creative Design Group and is co-leader of The Al Turner Company's’ production divisions.
The Chief of Informacore: charged with the leadership of Informacore.
