The Creative Business Group (CBG) has the job of overseeing all business operations for The Al Turner Company and its projects. This includes accounting, business planning, marketing, strategic partnerships, government relations, facilities, and the like. Like all positions in The Al Turner Company, the staff of the CBG is expected to be creative in all their efforts.
The Chief of Operations (COO) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CBG. Working closely with the Chief of Design, the two positions are also responsible for the production divisions.

It is important to note that everyone at The Al Turner Company has a major job and a minor job. For example, an accountant (major position) might also have the task of preparing a monthly presentation on one of our products (minor position), or a manager may have to brainstorm a new development project (minor position). This method has worked well and allows for cross-training while keeping everyone integrated and knowledgeable about what were doing.
