The Al Turner Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer

Let's talk about money.

The first coined was fashioned in Asia Minor around 700 BC and folks have concerned themselves about it ever since. It is important every now and again to remind ourselves of what money is, how much is enough, and how to earn the amount of money one needs in order to live the way one wants.

It is best to start by getting rid of the myth that money is bad or unimportant. It is important. It buys food, clothing, shelter, medical, entertainment, and all the things folks need to get along now and in the important future. In the civilized world, nothing will take the place of money in the area that money works

The Al Turner Company concerns itself about the money from products and services we sell to the salaries paid. How well our products do is reflection on the quality of products and service to the customer. Anyone who works for the company understands that salaries, bonuses and benefits come directly from what is sold and customer satisfaction. Therefore we all must do our best to be the best at our jobs.

At the Al Turner Company it is our policy to provide the environment to realize personal talents and compensate the work accordingly. Usually, this means at or above existing market scale for any particular position. It also means that not everyone will make the team cut. High expectations, standards of excellence and duel position responsibilities are all synonymous with being the best at what we do.

Finally, make no mistake about recreational time. RE-CREATE time is essential for recharging the batteries and enabling all of us to stay on top of our game. It is not only important to take this time but is a requirement in all positions.
